Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable payment to ensure your position in the design queue before we begin any project.

We ask a 50% payment before we begin working together, with the remaining 50% invoiced mid-project. Because no two projects are alike, and in certain situations, we may allow for a different payment plan that works for both parties. 

Completion time varies depending on the specifications of each project, but you can be confident that we will fulfill your order on time. We would be delighted to provide you with a timeframe estimate for your unique project; please contact us to discuss. If you have a certain deadline, please let us know and we will do everything we can to assist you finish your project on time.

A branding project takes about 2/3 weeks on average, depending on the intricacy, but a website design might take up to 6 weeks. Because every job is unique, please let us know if you have a deadline when you contact us.

You may help us ensure an accurate, perfect delivery of your print job on the first run by carefully reviewing the proof. If you are more interested in all of the material and do not have the opportunity to inspect a physical print proof, we also provide digital proofs (PDFs).
